This is the third time I've had carpets cleaned by Capital Steamway. Their services were recommended to me by a friend who had an old dog & therefore lots of stains on her carpet. I knew they would do a good job. Bob shows up on time and is straightforward about the cost & time estimates. He's managed to get stubborn stains out of white carpets (blueberries & tea). For the 1-27-15 services, he cleaned the entire home we had just purchased, before we moved in. It's been very reassuring to have clean carpets. I will definitely use Capital Steamway again.

We had a bigger company come in and they left us highly unsatisfied, and told us that our carpets were as clean as they could get. We then gave Bob a call and he got the stains out!! He even set up our fans to help the carpet dry faster. Thank you!!
